Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By booking, riding, or using any ConveyPlus website, app, or service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Bookings & quotes

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final fares may include tolls, parking, wait time, additional stops, late-night surcharges, gratuity, and applicable taxes. A reservation is confirmed only after we send a confirmation.

3. Cancellation policy

• Sedan / SUV: free cancellation up to 4 hours before pickup.
• Within 4 hours of pickup or no-show: 100% of the quoted fare.
• Group, event, hourly, and out-of-state trips have specific terms shared at booking.

4. Wait time

Standard pickups include 15 minutes of complimentary wait time. Airport arrivals include 60 minutes from wheels-down. Beyond that, wait time is billed in 15-minute increments at the vehicle hourly rate.

5. Passenger conduct

Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, weapons, and abusive behavior are prohibited. A cleaning fee of $250 applies for soiling. The chauffeur may end a trip for safety reasons without refund.

6. Luggage & items

ConveyPlus is not responsible for items left in vehicles. We will make a reasonable effort to return found property; recovery and shipping fees may apply.

7. Liability

We carry commercial auto liability insurance as required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConveyPlus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed flights or events caused by traffic, weather, or other conditions outside our control.

8. Payments

You authorize ConveyPlus to charge the payment method on file for the quoted fare, additional charges incurred during the trip, gratuity if applicable, and cancellation or no-show fees.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bristol County, Massachusetts.
