How does the weekly commute service work?+
You set a fixed weekday schedule (e.g. 7:30 AM pickup, 6:00 PM return). The same chauffeur and vehicle arrive on time every day, and you receive a single weekly invoice.
Can I change or skip a day on my commute schedule?+
Yes. You can pause, skip, or modify any day through your account dashboard or by texting our concierge — no penalties for advance changes.
Will I always have the same chauffeur?+
We assign a primary chauffeur for continuity, with a vetted backup chauffeur in case of vacation or illness. You'll always know who's driving you.
How is the weekly commute billed?+
All trips are consolidated into one weekly invoice with itemized rides, tolls, and any extras — paid by card on file or corporate ACH.
